About Kelly
Kelly is an Instructional Coach for the District 300 Preschool Program, based at the DeLacey Family Education Center — the district's hub for high-quality early childhood education.
DeLacey is a busy, play-based place to learn, serving a wonderfully diverse community of children from birth to five years old. Kelly works alongside the teachers and staff there, helping them build classrooms where every child is included, supported, and given room to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
Her belief is a simple one: when we invest in the grown-ups in the room, the children are the ones who benefit most.

Data-Informed Instruction
Gathering and analyzing program data to spot trends, track progress, and help the administration make clear, evidence-based decisions that improve outcomes for every child.
